We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Standard delivery is our regular delivery service and is available for most locations across Pakistan.

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days

Express delivery is available for selected cities and locations. Availability may depend on the customer’s address, product availability, and courier service coverage.

The estimated delivery time begins after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders:

  • You can place your order online and pay the courier when your package is delivered.
  • Our team may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order before dispatch.
  • Orders may not be dispatched until the required verification is completed.
  • Customers are expected to provide a valid and reachable phone number.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
  • Refusing or repeatedly failing to receive COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
  • For certain high-value or suspicious orders, Kartin.shop may require partial or full advance payment before dispatch.

3. Prepaid Orders

Customers may also be able to pay for their orders using the payment methods available at checkout.

For prepaid orders, the order will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.

If Kartin.shop is unable to fulfill a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the relevant payment method or process.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed during our regular business hours.

Orders may require additional time for verification, especially COD orders or orders requiring address confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout.

5. Delivery Timeframes

The delivery times stated on our website are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer because of:

6. Delivery Address

Kartin.shop will not be responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the phone number is unreachable, or the customer refuses to accept the package, the courier may make another delivery attempt or return the package to Kartin.shop.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please notify the courier and contact Kartin.shop as soon as possible.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, we may request photographs or videos of the package and product to investigate the issue.

9. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

Any applicable charges for Express Delivery will be displayed at checkout.

If a courier partner does not provide service to a particular location, Kartin.shop may contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery method or cancel the order.

11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Kartin.shop as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be processed if the order has not already been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it before delivery.
